Club Fall Picnic

Although we did not have the best weather we did have a lot of fun, and a lot of great food, thanks to Tony Rossi and his family. They put out one great spread of food for us on the rainy day. 
Everyone that participated in the flying portion of the picnic had a challenge with either the Flying Skill games or the "Zagi Games".

The AR/CSF would like to thank everyone that attended, and especially those that helped out to get this gathering off the ground.  I am sure we are all looking forward to having this event again in 2003 !

Here we have Karl Moeller showing the perfect Zagi launching form......what style !

And here we have Bill Montgomery (green shirt) on his HOT pass in the Zagi Bowling Tourney. Notice the perfect alignment, and altitude as he approaches the head pin !

Bill was the only flyer to get the allusive STRIKE , congrats Bill.

Ahhhhh the AR/CSF Prez. making a dive bomb pass at the pins......we all know this doesn't work well, nice try Herb.

Jerry has an unfortunate GUTTER BALL pass at the pins, practice make perfect  ;-)

Zagi Limbo was another challenging feat, this is John Smolko on his winning Zagi limbo pass. This is a lot tougher than it looks !!!

Our leader in a bold attempt to get through the limbo by trying to move the pole out of the way! (if you look close ya can see the parts attempting to leave the plane).
